We hand pack every order with love and care, using recyclable, protective materials.

Your items will be shipped out as quickly as possible. If anything ever isn't right when your order arrives, just drop us a message, we'll always make it right.

We’ll start processing your order as soon as you complete the checkout process. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and once we dispatch your parcel, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.

Please note - orders are not shipped during weekends and bank holidays.

Free Standard Delivery – 2-3 Working Days:

If you've chosen free delivery, you will receive your order on the second or third working day (Monday - Saturday). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery:

If you've chosen Express delivery, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day.

You can track your parcel using the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.

If you missed the first delivery attempt from Royal Mail, you might need to arrange a redelivery or pick up your parcel from a local collection point. If you haven’t received your dispatch email, please check your spam folder.
