We’ll start processing your order as soon as you complete the checkout process.

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and once we dispatch your parcel, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.

Orders are not shipped during weekends and bank holidays.

 

Standard Delivery – 1-2 Day:

If you've chosen 1-2 day delivery, you will receive your order on the second or third working day (Monday - Saturday). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery:

Orders are not shipped during weekends and bank holidays.

If you've chosen next day delivery before 12pm, your order will be delivered on the next working day (Monday - Saturday).

You can track your parcel using the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. If you missed the first delivery attempt from Royal Mail, you might need to arrange a redelivery or pick up your parcel from a local collection point. If you haven’t received your dispatch email, please check your spam folder.
