Refund policy

If you're unhappy with anything, please reach out to us at hello@heal-u.co.uk so we can do our best to make it right!

To make a return, please safely repackage the item with a note that includes your name and order number. Send it within 30 days to:

Please note that we can’t cover postage costs. 

To help process your refund quickly please: 

✓ Ensuring the product is well packaged so it doesn't smash in transit

✓ Obtaining proof of postage

✓ Include a note with your name and order number

How long it takes to receive a refund 

As soon as we receive your order back to our warehouse, we check it and then issue you with a refund on to your original payment card.  Please allow 21 days for returns to be processed. Once refunded, transactions can take 5-10 working days to clear through your bank.
