The Heart Behind Healü

Hi, I'm Fozia, mum of two and the one running things here at Healü.

A few years back, after my babies and turning 40, I needed a proper collagen boost – something strong enough to help with recovery, skin, hair, everything.

But I couldn't find anything with real strength and honesty behind it. Just weak formulas and lots of hype. So I decided to create my own.

What I've learned along the way is how confusing the supplement world can be – hidden bits, trendy fads, not much straight talk. That's why we keep Healu simple and transparent. We only make what we'd happily use ourselves and give to our closest family (my nan included!).

No shortcuts, no gimmicks.
